Our on-site service rates for Printer and copier repair service in the Metro Denver area are $140 per hour with a 1 hour minimum and 15 minute billing after the first hour. If your service call is placed before noon we can usually be on-site the same business day. Businesses located outside the Metro Denver area may be subject to a Travel Charge.
Our remote service rates are $140 per hour with a 15 minimum minute billing. We can remotely solve a majority of Connectivity Issues, New Employee Installs, New Machine Installs, Custom configurations like scan to email and desktop and much much more.
We also offer depot repair for smaller desktop machines and inkjet printers at our Metro Denver Retail Stores. Our depot rates are $60 per hour w/ 1 Hour Minimum plus any needed parts. Please allow up to 5 business days for turn-around.
